Salute to the Dead White Poets

I have heard of many cases of militant, progressive students demanding that their colleges stop teaching the works of many great writers of the past, such as: John Donne, Lewis Carroll, Shakespeare, T.S. Elliot, Milton and more.
The reason given for this radical lunacy? They were all "white" men. That's all.
